Our Studio sessions are perfect for those wanting more individualised attention with a program that is tailored to meet your body’s specific needs and goals.
Studio sessions are suitable for clients of all levels starting from beginners all the way through to elite athletes.
All Studio sessions will use the full range of Pilates equipment including mat, reformer, trapeze table, ladder barrel, wunda chair & spine corrector.
Our instructors have industry leading knowledge & experience, coupled with a keen eye for detail ensuring that you leave your Studio sessions feeling taller, stronger & more balanced.
NOTE: All clients interested in attending Studio sessions must attend an initial 1 hour 1-on-1 consultation.
The initial consultation gives us the opportunity to learn about you & your body, enabling us to tailor a program that is personalised to your needs & goals.

Private Studio sessions are perfect if you are wanting undivided one-on-one attention from your instructor.
You, Your Instructor & Another
By sharing your Studio session with another person, you get all the benefits of a private session whilst sharing the cost with another person.
You, Your Instructor & 2 Others
Wanting to minimise the cost of your Studio sessions but still experience the amazing benefits of a program that is tailored to your individual needs & goals, then our semi-private sessions are perfect for you.
All group classes are capped at 6 participants to 1 instructor (1:6), giving you the personal attention you need to create your most empowered self.
All group classes are an open level, suitable for all fitness levels & those without injuries. Those with injuries are encouraged to attend our Studio sessions with the aim of progressing into group classes when deemed fit to do so.

Short on time but still want to experience the empowering benefits of Pilates? Our PWR Circuit is perfect for those who want to experience the full body benefits of the Pilates studio within a group class environment.
Note: PWR Circuit classes run for 45 minutes followed by 10 minutes of stretching/cool down if you choose to stay.
Small group mat classes are an amazing way to build strength, coordination, muscle tone, balance & flexibility within your body. Our mat classes focus on body weighted exercises paired with small Pilates apparatus including foam rollers, resistance bands & magic circles to help you create a body that is longer, stronger & more defined.
