Our boutique Pilates studio is based in Londonderry; nestled at the foot of the Blue Mountains between Penrith & the Hawkesbury. We specialise in studio & group Pilates classes, focusing on the whole body to improve strength, dynamic movement, stability & lean muscle definition.

The PWR Circuit is designed for those who want to get their sweat on.
Not for the faint-hearted, this class will get the blood pumping to help you achieve a toned physique.
Founder & Principal Instructor
Emma is a local girl, born & raised in the Hawkesbury. Emma’s passion & love for Pilates started in 2009 when she attended her first Pilates mat class looking for a way to stay in shape and de-stress from her university studies. During the next decade Pilates became Emma’s go to method to keep her in shape & help her relieve the aches & pains she was experiencing as a result of her full time office job & lengthy commutes.
The results Emma experienced from her regular Pilates practice urged her to consider a career change & saw her complete her Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction through Polestar Pilates.
Over the past decade Emma’s passion & understanding of movement, the human body and the Pilates method has gone from stength to strength. She loves that Pilates allows people to connect with their mind & body, push themselves within a safe environment, and strengthen muscles they didn’t even know they had. She especially loves when client’s say to her “Pilates has changed my life.”
Emma is an avid snowboarder, water-skiier & travel junkie.
